Below you'll find the instructions to list your Virtual Flight Organization on our site. Membership and listing your Virtual Flight Organization on West Coast ATC has many rewards. Click the Join Now Button to open an email request to us. Please list the following information for the review and setup of your Virtual Airline Account. Your VFO account will be added within 24 Hours after approval by West Coast ATC.

1. Your Virtual Flight Organizations Formal Name.
2. Your Virtual Flight Organizations URL (Link to homepage for your VFO).
3. Your Name and Position.
4. Number of Pilots on your current roster.
5. A direct link to the page where we can see one of our banners listed on your site. Banners are available here:

6. An email address for you personally
7. An email address for your VFO's Administration or Director.
8. Include an image you'd like to use on our web site as your banner. Image size must be approximately 400 pixels wide by 100 pixels in height. (All VFO's must have a banner to be listed on our site.)

Virtual Flight Organizations applying for affiliation should meet these minimum requirements:

1. Have a minimum of 5 pilots on a current roster.
2. Have an operational plan. By this we mean that a Virtual Airline should have a mission statement and long term goals publically established.
3. Be 100% operational. A VFO's website and roster should be active and able to promote and support new pilots at time of application.
4. Have a VFO CEO who is a proficient aviator and who is willing to take responsibility for all VFO members and their flying ability / training.
5. VFO Owners and CEOs must be a minimum of 17 years of age.
